your name on our Priority
List.
This list will be honored
when we start our presales
for actual units. Deposits
are fully refundable.
The community will be developed on
approximately 38 acres located in
Northwest Greenville. The community
is projected to consist of
approximately 285,000 square feet
with 20 Detached homes, 157
apartments, 50 Assisted Living
Units, 40 Nursing Beds as well as
all of the appropriate common areas
and special use rooms. Common use
space will include; but are not
limited to, library, dining rooms,
auditorium, outpatient clinic,
parlors, activity rooms and wellness
