Lunch and Learn meetings in Wilson & Washington were a big success

The SpringShire team joined several prospective residents for lunch in Wilson and Washington NC this past month.

The goal of the meetings was to meet with future SpringShire neighbors in their hometowns, and talk with the them more about the potential of moving to SpringShire. Morgan Lamphere, Vice President of Marketing for SpringShire, Nikki Sutton, Sales Associate and Seth Talley, Sales Associate were on hand to learn more about the goals of our potential residents and answer questions about this exciting new community.

Several great questions were brought up along the way…

Q. What type of community will SpringShire be?

A. SpringShire will be a Continuing Care Retirement Community, or a Life Plan Community. This means that you move to the community when you are independent and enjoy a host of activities and amenities. As time goes on, if you ever need Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing services, those services will be provided to you right on site.

Q. How much does it cost to live at SpringShire?

A. The costs for our community vary based on the size and location of the home you choose. The Entrance Fee covers the cost of your home and your lifetime rights to live at SpringShire. This is an upfront amount that you pay when you move in, and the Entrance Fees at SpringShire start at $143,840. In addition to the Entrance Fee, there is a Monthly Fee that starts at $2440. This fee covers utilities, maintenance, taxes, housekeeping and a daily meal, in addition to all of the other amenities.

Q. Can I bring my pet to SpringShire?

A. Absolutely! Your home is your own at SpringShire, and you are welcome to bring your pet. Many of our estate homes and villas will have outdoor spaces that will make living here with your furry friend very comfortable.

Q. What is the best way to reserve a home at SpringShire? Do you still have desirable locations left?
