Priority Reservation List

You have the opportunity to make a priority reservation to choose your Home, Townhome or Apartment Home and reserve your position to select a home in Greenville’s newest beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community as described below:



• A $1,000 refundable cash deposit secures your position to select a home in SpringShire on a first reserved, first served basis. The deposit shall be promptly placed in an escrow account in an interest bearing account.



• After SpringShire has obtained all necessary regulatory approvals to commence construction of the development, you will be contacted in the order of your priority reservation to make a selection.



• At the time you are contacted, all of your available choices of homes, locations, options, prices, fees and costs will be shown to you for selection. (Prior to this time, you will be given as much detail as is readily available regarding the above selections). Further, you must then be able to meet all of the qualification criteria to find your home at SpringShire.



• After you have had an opportunity to review all of your choices, and if you have met all the qualification criteria, you will be asked to sign a Resident’s Agreement related to your choice of a Home, Townhome or Apartment Home. All terms and conditions of the membership agreement will be disclosed to you at that time. You will be required to place a deposit of 10% of the entrance fee upon execution of the agreement with the $1,000 priority reservation fee, plus the interest earned, being applied toward the deposit.



• If you do not wish to enter into a Resident’s Agreement at the time it is proposed or if you are not approved for entrance, then your priority reservation fee will be returned to you together will all interest earned to the date of the release. Your name will be removed from the priority reservation list and you may at this time terminate your agreement.
