Each home will be equipped with plush carpeting, full-size appliances including refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven range, microwave oven, washer, dryer and emergency call response system. All appliances are maintained by SpringShire.

Home sizes range from 800-1800 square feet, so there is something for everyone and every budget. The homes vary in configuration from a one-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment to a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, den cottage.
